Adam Pattisall

President / CEO of Increditek and Quality Fibers Download Profile

In 2004, Adam Pattisall became the founder, CEO and President of IncrediTek. Two years later in 2006, he founded Quality Fibers, LLC, a fiber optics distribution company, and serves as both the President and CEO. In 2008, he also helped form AdaRon Tel LLC, which helps provide outside plant engineering services to tier 1 communications companies. Adam also serves as the CEO at AdaRon Tel LLC.

Increditek, a fiber optic networking company, has become a stronger and more diverse business since it’s begininng. In 2010, SmartCEO Magazine recognized IncrediTek as a “Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies” as they have grown to reach more minority suppliers in the past year by reaching out to local women, service disabled and veteran suppliers. Prior to their recognition, IncrediTek was also listed on “US Top Business List” by DiversityBusiness.com.

Before becoming CEO of three major companies, he was the Director of Worldwide Service and Support for Ciena Corporation and spent some time also working for Fujitsu. Pattisall then became an Optical Sales Lead for Lucent Technologies and the Director of Customer Service and Support for both Metro Optical Networking Group and Cromatis. While working with these companies, Pattisall created and patented a fiber optics dust protector.

Adam spent 5 years in the US Army from 1987 to 1992 where he served as a Sergeant. He was in the Army’s Satellite Communications Program that has helped him succeed and become the leader in communications he is today. He was awarded the “Maryland Small Business Award for Entrepreneurial Success” during National Small Business Week 2009, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist in 2010, and Business Leader of the Year Award in 2010 on DC’s Leaders Portfolio Radio.
